This Maya Angelou piece is superb! The skill leveraged to create Maya’s indelible smile is impressive and one that I have not seen another artist capture so beautifully. The insertion of her quote from ‘And Still I Rise’ makes the piece truly special and will give me a positive boost every-time I am feeling down. Words cannot do justice for this masterpiece (in my humble opinion). I have pieces in my home from famed/legendary artist such as Hugo Scheiber and others, but this has become my new favorite piece!
