Save the original packaging until you’re satisfied that the piece will work for your space!
Getting new artwork and bringing it into your home, or business, is an exciting process, and it needs to look and feel just right for you. Which is why you get a 14-day return policy on all original artworks. I really want you to be happy with your artwork, make sure it fits your space, your mood, your aesthetic. Collecting art is about emotion, and I want you to have the “feels good” feeling that comes with owning that art. If you’re not 100% thrilled with your one-of-a-kind painting, I’ll gladly take it back.
Returning a painting
I’ve not had a return yet, but they say there’s a first time for everything. As the collector, you’ll be responsible for the insured return shipping with tracking information.
Simply contact me, and we’ll work out the details to make sure it arrives safely here to the studio. Please conserve and re-use the original shipping materials!
Your refund will be sent once the studio receives the artwork in the same condition it left. Your credit card, or your PayPal account will be reimbursed for the full cost of the painting, less shipping.
All payments are handled securely via a payment gateway that accepts credit cards, international payments, as well as PayPal.
Privacy and Reviews
My studio always respects the privacy of its collectors. We do not share, or sell, any personal information. The only exception is when we share your mailing information with our shipping carrier, so they can deliver your art. You can voluntarily share your review anonymously too, simply use your first name and last initial. And feel free to send along any pictures of your art in its new home!
