100% Satisfaction Guaranteed on every Painting

Is there a guarantee?

Relax… You’re 100% Guaranteed. Getting new artwork and bringing it into your home, or business, is an exciting process and it needs to look perfect on your walls! Which is why I offer a 14 day return policy for all artwork. I want you to be absolutely 100% thrilled with your new original painting! So feel free to find something that really speaks to you!

What if I want to return a painting?

I’ve not had a return yet, but they say there’s a first time for everything! So in the case of a return, you are responsible for the insured return shipping with tracking. Just contact me and we’ll work out the details. You’ll have 14 days to return the painting, so please conserve and re-use the original shipping materials! Your refund will be sent once the studio receives the artwork in the same condition it left. Always save the original packaging until you’re satisfied that the piece will work for your space!

Is my transaction secure?

All payments are handled securely via a payment gateway that accepts credit cards, international payments, as well as paypal.

My studio always respects the privacy of its collectors too, we do not share, or sell any personal information. The only exception is when we share the mailing information with our shipping carrier so they can deliver your art. Or, when you voluntarily share your review – and that’s it. This website follows security protocols that protect your personal information. For more privacy information, please see the studio’s privacy policy.

How do you ship, will my painting arrive on time and in good order?

packaging your painting- include documents
Tape important papers directly to the painting before wrapping up for shipping

Every painting that ships from the art studio is insured. For a quick peek on how we package your painting, check this out. If your painting is created on paper or yupo paper, it will be slipped in between 2 acid free sheets of papers against foam-core, then inserted into a cello/poly bag and placed into a rigid mailer – sent via insured USPS. We like to wrap every canvas painting in glassine and then place it either ‘box in box’ or between securely fastened sheets of cardboard or foam-core and then corner protectors. Finally, then it will be shrink-wrapped and then bubble wrapped and placed into its sturdy shipping box and then sent either FEDEX, UPS, or USPS insured. You’ll get an email confirmation with the tracking number once your painting is on its way to you. For International packages we use DHL Express and Deutsche Post.

Now, if you have a corporate account, or you wish to use your own carrier account, that’s not a problem, contact me and we’ll arrange it!

We’ve been shipping successfully over the past 10+ years and have a good track record, but, if a package were to arrive with obvious damage, just refuse it and then contact me.

Generally we box and ship for the next business day or two, however things do come up, so please allow up to 72 business hours for your artwork to be shipped. We will send you the tracking number and a shipment confirmation once it’s carefully wrapped and on its way to you!

Are there international duties and customs Fees?

For international sales, you are responsible for all duties and taxes that may be incurred. Being a licensed, taxed business it’s illegal for us to label this a “gift” on the customs forms.

Are there other shipping options?

Of course! For my international friends, we can take the painted canvas off the stretcher bars and roll your painting in a crush-proof tube. You can then take it to your framer and get it re-stretched. This option can save you money on shipping. We can also use your courier account. Simply get in touch with me and we’ll work it out.
