Colorful Abstract Dog and Cat Painting
Colorful Abstract Dog and Cat Painting
I’m always hesitant to donate paintings. There’s a lot of talk about if it’s feasible as a tax write-off, or just good for business to get your name out there. I am still not sure if it makes sense or not from a business standpoint. BUT, as an animal lover I don’t care – I’m happy to help in whatever way possible. These were painted specifically for a silent auction to help Paws For Love & Pets Are Loving Support.
A very special THANK YOU to the collector who won both at auction and helped these worthwhile organizations, very grateful for the support!
The tabby cat is painted from a photo of my beloved Rudi who I hope to meet one day at the Rainbow Bridge. The other is a Boston Terrier dog whom I find adorable – probably because I’m enamored with the talking “Mona-Pants”(check her out on YouTube).
To find out more about the making of this painting, visit my blog to see the video.
Each measure 12″ x 9″ x .75″ and painted with one of my fave color palettes. Finished with a varnish to protect from harmful UV rays and dust, both ready to hang.
