House Music – Abstract Diptych
House Music is a wildly expressive rendition of what I feel house music encompasses. As a DJ in my younger years, I would start to gather people on the dance floor at about 120 bpm. Gradually I would take them higher (BPM) until the floor was packed, and everyone was having a good time!
Signed bottom right and on the back. Sides are painted white and comes with a signed certificate of authenticity.The painting includes music notes, squiggly lines and shapes. It’s a representation of my experience with house music, and is full of energy and movement, with the colors representing the different emotions that are experienced while dancing to it. Of course, I listened to house music while creating this – I hope you feel its energy.
