Tina Turner Portrait Painting

– Goddess of Rock and Roll –

Loved 80s music – the studio has been filled with it lately. Because of this, I was inspired to paint Miss Tina and listened to her music non-stop, including newer songs and the Album titled CHILDREN BEYOND (mantras), which I had no idea about until it popped up on my Spotify list!

Loved working on her, as I fondly remembered her concert in Tampa, Florida back in 1993 during her What’s Love Tour. Good Times! Perhaps this painting helps you remember some good times too?!

Stretched Gallery wrap canvas – sides are painted similarly as the front, with the white wisps of color giving it a dreamy effect. The bottom edge has some paint drips, which I love, so I kept the few and toned them down with a light white glaze and also white wisps to match the whole painting. So you could hang this without framing.

Measures 30 x 30 x 1.5″

Signed on the front and back and includes Certificate of Authenticity.
